grab delivery will work only if the time & location is discussed. after receiving your order, Rare will reach out via either instagram or email to discuss your delivery slot.
what if my piece breaks?
we want your piece to live with you forever! if a piece unfortunately breaks, you can have it shipped to us & we will repair it for free!
how should i take care of my rare?
avoid excessively submerging your piece in water. wrap delicate beads (like glass ones) in bubble wrap if you will be transporting the piece or leaving it in a bag with other items.
